Hey, I haven't say this to you. Until now, no glimpse of the past shadows have enlightened me of what I have done wrong to you. What have I done, Hey? What have these hands, legs, eyes, ears or this mouth, heart, nose & brain done to you that you felt you needed to spit shit all over me & left me in silent wrath?

Hey, do you remember me? The one that you judged with lame observations like a little girl hitting water balloon with eyes closed. You hit the wrong balloon. You hit the wrong girl. You hit the wrong ego. It was nothing but the beastest beast of me who had been rudely woken up by a troll heart of yours and all that you saw was more than you might expected. I was knitting my yarn of revenge in harmless silence and a glorious smile formed on these lips in which a princess won't be able to impersonate.

Hey, have you paid it? I know you have. You might have swallowed the prickles that burst out from a snow ball you created through that witching times of yours. They went down through you chest, fixing what's broken. Even if it was beyond time to repair. But you've changed by my vengeance. I see you now nowhere near a figure that was used to be yours; drop dead disgusting and empty.

Hey, I send pray for you... For all [good] things that you said won't happen to you, will happen. I pray for you... For all [bad] things you've said about me, won't be true.

I pray for you, that one day when you finally realize all shitty things you've said about me were never there and never be. I pray for you that you will pray for me.

Then all this riot remains something to laugh about, mostly about the stupid rivalry that never have to be existed. Now... Does that ring a bell to you? :)

Since I'm endorsing @ZirraaOlshop, like it or not, I have to match my dress with the hijabs she has sent to me. And as a Hijab Online Store, Zirraa offers so many cute bright colors as the pattern. Therefore, I almost have no time to dress like me. But fortunately at Friday - in which I always said it as my "Freeday!" - I am permitted to dress with anything I like as long as it's appropriate. That's why, when becoming a "dark mistress", I have to wait till Friday. But no worries, it's a sweet waiting anyway. I don't mind at all ;)

First of all, wanna greet a

HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOOXPERIMENTS!

Two years old, eh? If you're an infant I bet you're able to walk & run steadily now. And yes, I can see Looxperiments is now steadily grounding my heart (haiyaaaahh...). Always love love love all your posts. Always read them on my spare time at work and apply the tutorial if they're fitted the occasion I'm attending to.

But hey, compliments make appreciation and critics make introspection. All for the sake of self-improvement, right? So face the fact, I'm criticizing & giving suggestions for you now. Though I have to admit there're not much to criticize anyway, LOL.

Yeap. Here they are [Pum pududuum p'duuum!] :

1. Do more of tutorial video!

    Trust me. Practice makes perfect. To practice, "read the manual" is important. And I do believe, manual on visualization is better.

2. Spare some spot!

    I don't know if it's a common thing for a beauty blog to do, but I think your blog will gain positive reactions if you can spare some spot for just one day in a month for your followers to share their fave make up tools / cosmetics during that month. Some sort of "January Fave!" blog. Can be a writing or a Vlog. To choose that person each month [OST, bimonthly will do better], post the announcement a week before, tell them to share their writings / Vlogs about their fave make up via email and you be the judge to choose one. Anyway, just a thought ;)

3. Go-pro!

    Since Looxperiments is rising like rocket now entering its second birthday, gotta gain more and more attention from the make-up learners like me, eh? So I guess how lovely if all pictures posted in the blog can use some more pro [If not, semi-pro will do] photography tools [Like camera, lenses, tripod] or the editing software like Photoshop, Corel or Picasa and I do hope for some improvement in the lighting as well ^^

Though what's inside is most important, I can't deny that my first impression is formed from the visual that my eyes succeed catching.

and last but not least,

4. Keep it on the ground!

    It goes to the page design and layout. Keep the background page with neutral colors. Don't add too much "accessories" on the side bar excepts for some useful links bout make-up or maybe your Youtube channel [If one day you finally decide to make one]. It's a playground, yes... But please, let all those colors be painted in our faces, not your background page.

I guess that's that. Once again happy birthday Looxperiments! You've done a great job and I believe they're still many to come for us to learn more about this paint-on-face art thingy. Keep us playing with you. Luv ya! *smooches*

[Review] Maybelline Matte Lipstick - No. 625.

Before reading this review, do not expect that you'll get a pro-class review kinda like, because seriously... I was a real amateur when it comes to cosmetics review. I'm not a make-up junkie though I love putting make-up on my face. This is suppose to be an informal review that's strongly based on personal likes and dislikes - ness. So here we go!

What I'm gonna review now is this lipstick I just bought from Maybelline. I've been searching for matte lipstick, bloody red one. Just because I wanna try it. I have lots of palette lipstick I just got so bored with them. So my colleague at work who's also a make-up artist - Monica - recommended me a matte lipstick from Revlon. I was about to hunt that thing till 3 days ago when I went lunch to Plaza Festival near my office.

There, there was a big sale of Matahari *as usual* but Revlon didn't open any counter. I just found Maybelline, Silkygirl and Wardah. Because I already have lots of Wardah lipsticks so I took a look at Maybelline counter and stumbled by this lipstick.

Price = 7,5

Affordable, it costs for IDR 70k only.

Packaging = 8

I honestly love the packaging because it represents the color the best. And one of my fave color as well >> Red as blood.

Color = 8

I chose the matte lipstick no. 625. I almost chose the 635 but the color is deeper and darker, not like what I was searching; a bloody red color. So this was my choice

Endurance = 7,5

I applied the lipstick on at 8 am and until 1 pm - precisely after I had lunch - the color of the lipstick was still precisely the same unless of course the inside part of the lips. It's a bit faded but not too much.

Effect on the lips = 8

I have a dry easy-to-chapped lips. I must apply a medicated lip-balm before applying a lipstick. But with this lipstick, I don't have to use any lip balm if I'm in hurry. I can just use it and my lips will be saved from getting chapped for almost 8 hours. For me, it's an awesomeness.

That's all I guess. All choice is yours. But if you're a matte-lipstick lover, this product is highly recommended ;)

[Cover Song] Paramore - Decode

Salam 'alaikum!

I can't get enough of Paramore.

Friends of mine have been requesting me to do Paramore cover song, in which I don't mind at all. I just do it one at a time :) Another request is to do the cover song recorded in a video instead of audio. Well, to be honest I've been thinking of that. Since my husband @budie-deathlust has sold his Jackson guitar, I don't have any acoustic duet sparing for a while till he buys a new guitar. But I actually have another name in mind. Just told him bout the idea, he said okay and now we just have to compromise with the time management for doing the cover song video.

Salam 'alaikum readers ^^

How are ya? Hope everything goes well yaah. I dunno what happen with me today. I feel like smiling all the time though I might feel a bit flagging caused by my fasting today. But hey I don't feel it even a bit.

Whatever the reason is, for me smiling is a good thing for sure. And what I'm wearing today prolly gives a bit contribution to the good mood. I am wearing bright-colored outfit and hijab. The top is grey, with a bloody red turtle neck. Then I have a white-based pashmina with black and red love-printed pattern on it. Fresh isn't it?

Smile is the simplest thing you can do to brighten up your day as well as others'. A simple sincere smile. Remember, no matter how big your problem is, Allah SWT is bigger, He is even The Biggest. So why mourning? ;)

And oh, my on-mode mood has nothing to do with the "tanggal cantik". I'm not a kind of person that... you know, saying "Happy 4-monthsary!" or "Happy 121212!!!" or "Hail Scorpions!!" and other crabs... I mean craps, LOL. I just smile for no reason. That's me; Spread the loooove!
