Break-fasting w/ hi-school alumnus

Gathering with old best friends is never a failure. ;)

After eating and chatting and taking LOTS of pictures from the camera, we continued the craziness to the photo studio inside Kelapa Gading Mall 3. I had a blasting night with them. Love and friendship are in the air ^^

Yellow blue sky ;)

Recently I've been experimenting about my hijab style, what most noticeable is that I appear more colorful than usual (it's been and it's ALWAYS been black in me, lol). I've tried to wear red & purple for a long time, but not yellow and blue for a loooong time (the only yellow outfit I have is my alma mater jacket, hehe...). But now I'm in a feeling of trying all colors I could find; red, blue, purple, yellow, tosca, orange, brown, uhmmm.. yeah that's it (no pink. sorry.).

And now here I am with my yellow & blue outfits. Enjoy ;)

Merdeka, already?!

Two days ago we, all Bakrie Group companies, had the break-fasting together in the office & yesterday we held a flag ceremony to celebrate the 66th anniversary of Indonesia! Yaaaay! So (not) excited!

Not just because we're doing it in the middle of the fasting month, but also because I'm getting sick of such ritual thing. The reward isn't comparable with the punishment if we don't attend this. There's an unhealthy force toward this so I was unwillingly attending the ceremony.

Kita sudah merdeka, bukan?

Dear my multiplied-Multiply friends ^^,

Wicked! If I have to describe this year in one word, that prolly be a word I'd say. How could I not? This year - until this far - has been a great year for either my career life and personal one. So much I can tell but I'm not here to do a 'dear diary' thingy. I just want to form an outline of this year to another word besides wicked, that is "Alhamdulillah" :)

The holy Ramadhan is coming (again) and we can still experience it once more. A month full of chances, bonuses, cheerfulness in a way everybody likes and longing to. In a way of controlling our destructed, buried emo soul and the evilish ego mind. It is time when each person is given a chance to make themselves a better person not just mundanely, but particularly spiritually as well with consciousness in its upmost level.

Sadly, again for the second time in my life I won't be spending Ramadhan with my beloved mommy because she has to be in my hometown - West Sumatera - to take care of my granny which is still in her lowest shape. I think (and hoping) that this year I will be readier to this situation rather than the previous year.

I sincerely ask you apologize for I have done wrong. Let's rock this holy month without any anger and grudge that are still smoldering behind those fake smiles. Let's kill the fakes. Happy fasting, buddies

Reach...
Reach out the actual sobriety this time.

Suffocated.

You live happy on your sick rebuttal, collapsing evidences that threatened your critical existence.

Time of prevention is here, you deny to be pounded once again as nothing has left in you but a grimace upon your face for seeing the invisible dagger stabbing right through your chest and letting it ripping you to pieces. You have given pain a pleasure of your company for letting it stay.

How sad is it, when misery takes control of your trite life, leaving you powerless to even say 'no!'? You feel you have had an achievement to build your bunker to shield your compound from angry twister, but you never really realized that you actually have sent it to the edge before it bursts and shatters right inside your heart.

You never really own a life cause you never know how to keep your belonging. And when the time screams right before your eyes, as they're finally open... Everything has come to its closure.

Thus, the penetrating of the actual equanimity will be mine. All mine.

Time flies.

It does, it really does. It feels like yesterday when I sacrificed my life, did my Jeehad for my family to give birth for you, the lil creature who had been living inside my embryo for 39 weeks. And now look at you, laddie... You're growing like a blossoming flower, creating a scent which I long to inhale it deeply every time I got back from work. Look at you, boy... You're learning how to walk now without guidance like a nestling who tries to use his wings to fall free to the sky of no limitation. Look at you, my son... You're 1 now.
Happy birthday!!

I love you more than any Paulo Coelho or William Shakespeare can rhyme.

Our Jilbab is NOT an oppression!

(The picture is taken from this site)

France is not as romantic as what people think it is. Zionist sets it. France is cruel & fascist. It's definitely not a fave country for me. Na'ah! Just a single tower & it becomes the most romantic country in the world? Well then my country can do that. We have MONAS aren't we? How romantic! Haha! (And it's a sarcastic laughter, lads!).

Wondering why am I being sarcastic to that country? Read this journal and you'll find out why.

"Some feminists argue for a ban because they say covering up is a sign of women’s oppression."

Oh, so now veil is an oppression, huh? What a doofus. Now I'm wondering how their parents raise those feminists and how society treat them as if they feel like they NEED to be a feminist in order to gain some society recognition and gender equality to cover up their lack of common senses inside their peanut-sized brains!

And they claim to be a non-religious, secular society while they openly banning women with veiled hijab? I don't know what the heck they're afraid of of a veil, cause it's not like those women hide a bomb inside it. What are you, 10?!

G.

PS: I'm recalling the time when lots of my friends (mostly girls) made some 'nickname' for me. Some are "jilbab kamuflase", "jilbab nista", "jilbab palsu" and others. They said my attitudes are as wrecked as theirs and how unsuitable and inappropriate I am with my veil. I'm proudly say that Allah SWT are the ONE (and this is literally the only one) who know how wrecked I could be as a human. But then I shall came with this one simple question for you, ladies... Instead of questioning my JILBAB-ing, why don't you start with questioning your NOT-JILBAB-ing first? Go answer :)
